In the fall of 2011, Groupe Aeroplan started to conduct business under the new brand name Aimia. While the names and brand identities of our consumer facing brands Aeroplan in Canada, Nectar in Chile, Italy and the UK, Air Miles Middle East and Club Premier in Mexico remain unchanged, our current business-to-business brands LMG I&C and Carlson Marketing will now operate under our new identity Aimia.
Aimia’s business is regionally structured to include three distinct regions, each of which has its own executive leadership team: Canada, EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), and the United States & Asia-Pacific. Our regional structure ensures that our business leaders remain close to our clients, partners and investors, while our loyalty service streams allow us to innovate, share best practices and collaborate on client solutions across all regions and around the globe. In each region, Aimia offers its full-suite of loyalty services including Coalition Loyalty, Proprietary Loyalty and Loyalty Analytics.
The recent acquisition of EIM – Excellence in Motivation, further strengthens Aimia’s capabilities and geographic presence in the U.S. EIM is a full-service performance-improvement and business loyalty company that specializes in creating incentive programs and marketing solutions that deliver results for its clients.
