Kim Walsh leads our business in both Australia and New Zealand. She is responsible for setting the strategy and driving continued success and development for clients in the region. Kim has over fifteen years of loyalty industry experience in a broad range of roles spanning multiple verticals including travel & hospitality, fuel, retail and financial services. Much of Kim’s loyalty career has focused on the financial loyalty sector, where she has worked with schemes and banks – both agency and client side – across multiple markets. She has served within the global Aimia business for ten years within the coalition and proprietary businesses. Prior to joining Aimia, Kim held commercial roles with Barclaycard and Arvato Loyalty after multiple travel leadership roles. Kim is a graduate of the Institute of Digital Marketing.
