Richard Peake leads client and operational success in the Asia Pacific region, including our offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia. He leads our global Centers of Excellence and operations for Campaign & Customer Experience, Advanced Analytics, Partnership & Rewards and Contact Centers. Prior to his current role, Richard led various initiatives within Aeroplan, a coalition loyalty program now owned by Air Canada, and Aimia Corporate in Canada. Before joining Aimia, Richard worked for IBM Global Services in various functions, including analytics, sales & marketing, technology and operations. Richard is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, and a frequent fundraiser and supporter of Autism Awareness Australia.
